The Atlantic International Basketball Association (AIBA) is a basketball development system for the proliferation of the sport in Bermuda, the Caribbean Islands and selected cities in the USA. AIBA covers the complete structural organization of the game by operating top level youth leagues, amateur and professional teams. Dedicated to the growth of the game starting at the grassroots level, the Mission of AIBA is to provide quality family sports entertainment at an affordable price while developing and promoting the game of basketball internationally.

The AIBA's showcase league, the AIBA Pro League component, provides the highest level of play in the AIBA system. The AIBA Pro league serves as the base of the professional structure capturing the void between amateur and professional play, subsequently players develop at all levels while simultaneously providing a platform for players from otherwise unrecognized countries to received talent exposure to the NBA and European Pro Leagues.

The AIBA Super Y-League serves as the grassroots expansion for this player development by involving youth at all ages in a community supported background. The player development continues with the AIBA Premier Development League (PDL) and a Women's Amateur League (AIBA W-League), allowing for players development at all levels.

Lastly, working in conjunction with the AIBA-Investment Youth Foundation, the leagues seeks to develop comprehensive youth development programs designed to enhance the communities of AIBA Franchises both educationally and socially.
